● All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

● You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information for the processing of payments.

● If you fail to make timely payments, Vehicles Lab may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

● By using the Services, you grant Vehicles Lab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to access, store, and process your data as required for the provision of the Services.

● Vehicles Lab will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your data, but cannot guarantee its absolute security.

● In no event shall Vehicles Lab's total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the use of the Services during the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

● You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vehicles Lab, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

● Vehicles Lab may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

● You may terminate your account by providing written notice to Vehicles Lab. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Services, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.

● These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

● Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC), with the arbitration taking place in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

● Vehicles Lab shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions..

● These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vehicles Lab regarding the use of the Services

● If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

● Vehicles Lab’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision.
